- 500ml milk or yoghurt or a mix of both
- 1 baggie dried yeast (11g) or 25 g fresh yeast
- 1000ml wheat flour
- 300ml rye flour
- pinch of salt
- 1tsp honey or sugar
- 50g butter
- a big handful grated cheese (any leftover will do, or parmesan)
- 200°C oven
- Two baking trays.
These Never Fail. This Dough Is Suitable For Small Individual Breadrolls, Or For Loaves, Or A Large Freeform Bread. It Doesn't Get Sticky, And Is Easy To Work With.
