Ingredients
- 1 Kilo tart green apples (I use Granny Smith)
- Cold water
- 200g white sugar per 250ml
- Juice of 2 lemons
Description
This Jelly Is Great With Pork Instead Of Apple Sauce. It Can Be Used Where Ever You Would Use Redcurrant Jelly. Once Opened It Must Be Stored In The Fridge.
