  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 100 gr. taggiasche olives
  • 2tbs toasted pine nuts
  • 2tbs drained capers
  • 1/2 glass white wine vinegar
  • 10gr sugar
  • 300gr plum tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil,
  • Salt and pepper
