Autumn Squash Soup


2 tbsp Butter
1 Large onion, chopped
1 tsp Rosemary
2 Medium or 1 really large butternut squash, peeled & cut into chunks
6-3/4 c Chicken stock
1-1/4 c Heavy cream (or more)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground white pepper
Hot pepper sauce to taste
