1 Medium yellow onion, sliced
1 - 2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Curry powder
1/2 - 1 jalapeno, julienned
1/2 Red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 cup Whole, peeled, canned tomatoes (with juice from can), roughly chopped
1 cup Lowfat milk
1 3/4 cups Seafood, chicken or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lime juice
Basmati rice, cooked as per the package
