Fish Fajitas With Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil
3/4 cup Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 pounds Cod fillets (or one pound chicken breast)
1/3 cup Beer
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
12 Corn tortillas, warmed
Mango-Avocado Salsa (makes about 4 servings)
1 cup Peeled and cubed mango
1 cup Avocado (cubed)
2 tablespoons Lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and serve atop fish burritos.
