3-3 1/2 lb. Boneless Beef Chuck Arm Pot Roast1 tbs Vegetable Oil
8 Small red potatoes, halved
2 Large carrots, cut into 2 1/2 X 1/2 inch pieces.
2 Large Parsnips, cut like the carrots
1 Small leek, cut into 1-12 inch pcs.
1-1/2 tbs Cornstarch dissolved in 3 TBS water.
Seasoning:
1tsp Dired oregano
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Lemon pepper
