3 Granny Smith apples (about 1 3/4 lbs) peeled, cored, and diced
1 1/4 cups Chopped walnuts
1 Generous cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Light brown sugar
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Quick-cook tapioca
1/2 tsp Gorund cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
1 tbsp Cold, unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 pkg (1.5 oz) maple and brown sugar granola bars (2 bars per package)
Vanilla frozen yogurt
