Ingredients

Green, Red, or Yellow Peppers, halved or quarted
Onions, Vidalia & red are especially good, whole or sliced
Zucchini, slice length-wise
Summer Squash, sliced
Sweet Potatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
Portobellos
Eggplant, slice about 1/4 inch thick
Baby Carrots, steam about 6-8 minutes first
PAM butter spray
Mrs. Dash or favorite seasoning.
