Ingredients

2 pounds Potatoes (Yukon Gold is our preference)
2 cups Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt or kosher salt
1 teaspoon Nutmeg (fresh is best, but use what you have)
1 tablespoon Butter
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Creme fraiche or heavy whipping cream
