1 can Dark red kidney beans; drained
1 can Garbanzo beans (hiney beans); drained
1 can Water chestnuts; drained and chopped
1 jar Artichoke hearts**; drained, liquid reserved
1 Medium onion; diced
1/2 c Spanish olives; chopped
2-3 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 oz Cooked elbow macaroni, ridged is best
1/4 c Jarred roasted red pepper strips; chopped
3/4 c Light mayo
1/4 c Light ranch dressing
2 tbsp Chipotle taco sauce
3-4 tbsp Marinade from artichoke hearts
Salt & pepper to taste
