Mini Low-Carb Pizza
3 Low-Carb Tortilla
3/4 cup Grated cheese, mozzarella, cheddar and monterey jack work best.
3 Plum/roma tomato sliced
1 Bell pepper, finely chopped( to distribute weight)
1/2 Medium onion
Chopped fresh Basil and other fresh herbs work well if available.
these vegi's can Be subsituted for pineapple and ham, or pepperoni and olives or chopped roasted chicken
