2 tbsp Chopped kalamata black olives
1/2 Medium fennel bulb or yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 Lemon, half cut into thin slices and half cut into quarters
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Dry white wine
Salt and black pepper to taste
