â¢4 oz Beer (I used Corona light)
â¢1/4 cup White vinegar
â¢1 lime, juice of
â¢2 tsp Cumin
â¢2 tsp Garlic powder
â¢1 tsp Dried oregano
â¢salt
â¢paprika
Aji Verde Sauce
Servings: 4 ⢠Points: 1.5 pts
â¢2-3 jalapeños, seeded
â¢3 tbsp Fresh cilantro
â¢2 tbsp Olive oil
â¢1 clove Garlic
â¢1 tbsp White vinegar
â¢pinch Cumin
â¢salt and pepper
â¢2 tbsp Fat free half & half
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve over chicken, rice, beans or plantains.
