1 can Black beans
1 can Pinto beans
1 10 oz Can shoepeg corn
1 10 oz Can Rotel tomatoes (use less if you don't like spicy!)
16 Whole grain flour tortillas
2 cups Shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup Sliced black olives (optional)
