Apple Crumble

Ingredients

2 pounds Granny Smith or Pippin apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Flour
1 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Orange zest
Topping:
1 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Flour (can use 1/4 cup of whole wheat plus 1/4 cup of white flour)
1/2 cup No trans fat margarine
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Serve with:
Frozen low-fat yogurt
