- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 tablespoons herb and garlic flavored cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
