Almond Ice


  • 5 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 4 teaspoons almond extract
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 1/3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe


This Is A Very Light Almond Gelatin That Chills And Sets Up Beautifully. Chill In A Large Pan So That It Can Be Cut Into Squares And Tumbled Into Serving Dishes And Topped With Fresh Fruit.
