Asian Noodle Salad


  • 8 ounces capellini pasta
  • 1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


This Asian Salad Has A Decidedly Italian Twist. A Ginger-soy-rice-wine Sauce Is Tossed Into A Bowl Of Just-cooked Pasta, Shiitake Mushrooms And Red Bell Peppers. A Sprinkle Of Parsley And It 's Done.
