1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 in (1 cm) cubes
1 ½ cups (375 mL) basmati rice
2 cups (500 mL) water
1 pkg (35 g) Club House Butter Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsp (30 mL) each raisins and toasted slivered almonds
1 tomato, seeded and diced
