- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 pita bread pockets, split into 8 rounds
- 1 cup hummus
