- 1 lb lean ground hamburger
- 3/4 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 or 2 large cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 large (796 mL) can of tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 cups of finely chopped cabbage or 1 large head

I Got This Recipe Out Of A Canadian Living Magazine Years Ago. My Hubby Loves Cabbage Rolls And I'm Not Always Up To Making Them. This Is A Great Substitute In Much Less Time.
