Ingredients
- 1 lb flank or skirt steak
- 1 pkg fajita seasoning
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 med onion, halved, thinly sliced and sections separated
- 2 large carrots, julienned
- 2-3 Tbsp oil
- flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce (i suppose you could use cabbage if you like)
- salsa of your choice (i use sweet and spicy)
