Ingredients
- 1 LB fresh asparagus one inch of the bottoms trimmed off
- 1 cup of Sicilian olives or kalamata
- 1 cup of cubed feta cheese
- 1 med red onion sliced thin
- 1 TBS aged balsamic
- 1/4 cup of greek olive oil
- This requires no seasoning but to each their own.
- I also use tomatoes when in season
