- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 2 Large eggs ( separated )
- 6-oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese ( softened )
- 4 Tbs. margarine melted
- 8 slices of bacon ( cooked and diced ) or 8 Tbs. bacon pits
- Non-stick cooking spray
