- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1 teaspoon fresh marjoram or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper or to taste
