Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups honey
• 3 cups water
• 4-6 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 inch vanilla bean pod, leave whole
• freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 - 3 inch pieces of lemon peel, zest - no pith(white part)
• 2 - 1 inch pieces of orange peel, zest - no pith(white part)
• 3 cups vodka - Use Lukosowa or Monopolowa potato vodka or Rodnik grain vodka. If you can't find those particular vodka's, any vodka will do ;)
• Note: The above ingredients can be doubled or tripled - depends on you.
