• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3/4 cup butter - softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 - 1 oz bottles food color
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• (frosting ingredients)
• 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 pkg of confectioners sugar (10x powdered sugar)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Description

This Is Actually My Niece's Recipe And She Makes It Every Year For Christmas. I Like This Recipe Better Than Others, Because It Doesn't Call For Oil, But Uses Butter Instead. Enjoy!
