- 1 med carrot, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 3 med onions chopped
- 1 whole head of garlic, peeled and crushed
- salt and pepper as desired
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbs dried basil or fresh equivalent
