Almost Starbucks Blueberry Oat Bars Recipe


  • 1 3/4 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned)
  • 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter; melted
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice


I Just Love Starbuck's Blueberry Oat Bars But They Don't Always Have Them. So, I Altered A Few Recipes I Found And This Is The Result. At Least As Good, Maybe Better!
