- 1 ½ lbs. of chicken breast meat

- ¼ cup of rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbls. of vegetable oil
- 3 tbls. of cornflour
- ¾ cup of peanuts
- 1 ½ cup of flour
- --- DARK chicken SAUCE---
- 1 quart of dark chicken stock
- 2 cups of demi-glaze
- 2 carrots
- ¼ bunch of celery
- 1 med onion
- 1 cup of mushroom pieces
- bell pepper trimmings
- Half an oz. of fresh ginger
- 2 tbls. of honey
- Pale roux
- ---STIR FRY---
- Half a bunch of celery
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1 cup of fresh tender snow peas
- 2 red bell peppers
- Dried schezwan red peppers
- More toasted peanuts (very crisp)
- More chopped fresh ginger if you like it that much
- Fresh minced garlic
- Peanut oil and a wokish type sauté pan

Has Some Non-traditional Ingredients Added, But Then Again I Don’t Really Look Chinese Either...I Just Like Peanuts.
