  • 1 pound cooked pasta, al dente
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 t. olive oil
  • 1 box frozen spinach, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups commercial marinara sauce
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 3 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
