Apricot Glazed Chicken Recipe


  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless


Simple To Prepare. For Extra Spicy, Add More Red Pepper. Serve With A Mixed Green Salad And French Bread. This Was A Hit With My Husband And 2 Year Old!
