- 1 cup walnuts/pecans, coarsely chopped
- CAKE:
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
- vanilla glaze, recipe follows (optional)
Description
I Love This Cake Any Time Of Year, Especially In The Fall. The Cinnamon Is In The Streusel But If You Have Someone Who Doesn't Like It, Then It's No Biggie To Omit It.
