Ingredients
- Beurre blanc sauce
- 1/4 c finely diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 c whiskey
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 3 T vinegar
- 3 T honey
- 2 teas paprika
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 T Worchestershire
- 1 1/2 T chipotle and adobo sauce minced (more chipotle for hotter)
- 1 1/2 sticks chilled butter. cubed
- For the salmon
- 8 4-6 oz skinless salmon fillets
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c kosher salt
- 1 teas dried mustard
- 1 1/2 teas ground cumin
- 1/4 teas cinnamon
- 1/2 teas cayenne
Description
This Is A Great Way To Cook Salmon. The Salmon Is Started In A Frying Pan And Finished In The Oven. The Sauce Is Amazing. Serve With Pan Crisped New Potatoes.
