- 1 can ( 15-oz ) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can ( 14 ½ -oz ) diced tomatoes ( no salt added )
- 1 ½ cups picante sauce ( try to find reduced-sodium)
- 1 cup uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat â Low sodium cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbs. reduced-fat sour cream
