Apricot-glaze Pork Loin Recipe


  • 1 (8-oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup white wine worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary crushed
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. spoon white pepper
  • 1 (4lb.) boneless pork loin roast


This Is A Very Good Recipe Of My Own That I Perfected To Our Liking It Did Have Peach Preserves And Pineapple On It Didn't Like It Very Much So Tried What I Had On Hand One Day And Came Up With This. My Whole Family Really Loves This Dish Served With Roa
