Ingredients

• 8oz mascarpone cheese, softened
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Italian olives(try to use a mix of good green, kalamata, etc)
• 2t Dijon
• couple dashes of hot sauce
• couple hands full fresh spinach leaves
• 8oz marinated mozzarella, sliced
• 8oz salami sliced thin
• flour tortillas(size and flavor are up to you... I used a tomato/basil large one and got 2 rolls, of 12 pieces, each, plus the ends! :)
• fresh ground pepper
