Arroz De Marisco - Shellfish Rice Recipe


  • 1 large onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes (or canned tomatoes)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (or ordinary oil if not available)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • small glass dry white wine
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups starchy rice (carolino, carnarolli...)
  • 1 kilo shellfish mixture (prawns, mussels, clams, crab, whatever)
  • 5 cups water
  • chili to taste
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp thick cream
