Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained (Sauteed fresh mushrooms can be used as well.)
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Hot cooked pasta (I usually use angel hair)
- fresh parsley, chopped
