• 1 tbsp butter

• 1 shallot, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes w/liquid
• 1 cup half & half
• 1/4 cup vodka
• 2 handfuls fresh basil, chopped
• crushed red pepper flakes to taste
• salt & pepper to taste
• 3 chicken sausages (I used specialty with provolone & sun-dried tomatoes)
• romano cheese, shredded for garnish
• 1/2 lb pasta, cooked according to directions (I used spaghetti)
