- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup salted cashews, chopped
- 3 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 medium mango, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 8oz can of bamboo shots
