Apricot Red Pepper Jelly Recipe


  • 6 ounces dried apricots
  • 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup seeded chopped fresh red jalapenos
  • 2-1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 2 ounce package dry pectin
  • 6 cups granulated sugar
