- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 green onions (finely chopped) any type onion will do
- 1/4 tsp (or more) ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp (or more) ground corriander
- salt to taste (I don't measure, as you can tell)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp McCormack's roasted garlic/red bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp (or more) yellow curry powder
- 1-2 Tbls Sriracha hot chili sauce (rooster sauce)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- [sauce]
- Yoshida's Gourmet Sweet/Savory sauce (or any teriyaki sauce you like)
- Sriracha hot chili sauce
- red pepper flakes
- Harry & David's pepper and onion relish (not necessary, but I had it and it makes the sauce thicker)
- 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (thoroughly drained - saved juice for my cocktail, but that's another recipe! LOL)
