Ingredients

• [meatballs]
• 1 egg
• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 4 green onions (finely chopped) any type onion will do
• 1/4 tsp (or more) ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp (or more) ground corriander
• salt to taste (I don't measure, as you can tell)
• 1/4 - 1/2 tsp McCormack's roasted garlic/red bell pepper
• 1/4 tsp (or more) yellow curry powder
• 1-2 Tbls Sriracha hot chili sauce (rooster sauce)
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
• [sauce]
• Yoshida's Gourmet Sweet/Savory sauce (or any teriyaki sauce you like)
• Sriracha hot chili sauce
• red pepper flakes
• Harry & David's pepper and onion relish (not necessary, but I had it and it makes the sauce thicker)
• 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (thoroughly drained - saved juice for my cocktail, but that's another recipe! LOL)
