- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2/3 cup Splenda granular
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- --------------
- 1 (3-oz) package Fat-Free Jell-O White chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 tsp each blue and red food colouring (optional, but purple is so pretty)
- 1 cup Cool Whip Free, softened
