- 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1.5 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon almond extract
- Topping:
- 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 3 Teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

My Old Landlord Has An Apricot Tree And A Lemon Tree In His Back Yard. Every Summer He Would Give Me A Huge Paper Grocery Bag Full Of Apricots. Since My Housemates And I Couldn't Eat That Many, I'd Bake This Cobbler For The House And For Him And His Wife
