- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 apples
- 1/2 honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water

This Is My Take On A Recipe I Saw In Living Without Magazine--an Excellent Place To Find Inspiring Recipes For People With Food Allergies. I Added More Fiber Thus Replacing Some Of The Ingredients. These Go Fast So I Make Them In Batches Of 2 Dozen.
