- 4 large idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 can artichoke hearts (non-marinated) I get the frozen ones and find they have an unadulterated flavor.
- 3 T butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- garlic if you wish (I always wish lol)
- salt & pepper to taste
Makes A Really Different And Eye Appealing Dish. I Like To Place Some Artichoke Hearts Around Server And A Few Sprigs Of Cilantro And Some Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Strips In Middle Of Top.
