Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 - 1 c. chopped green pepper (We like green pepper, so I usually add the full cup.)
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 3 TBSP. quick-cooking oats
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar (cider vinegar is delicious)
- 3 TBSP. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 med. head cabbage
