Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (I use 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, grated)
- 8 shirmp kabobs (wooden skewers with 3 large peeled shrimp each, 2 lemon wedges each and 2 green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces each)
Description
I Love Entertaining On The Deck In The Warm Summer Months. I Make These As An Appetizer On The Grill Before I Put The Steaks (or Whatever) On To Grill. A Nice White Wine And Guests Are Happy.
